Support questions
Check your calculation method, location access, time zone, and device date settings. Prayer times can differ from local mosque or community timetables because methods and regional conventions vary. If it still looks wrong, send your city, selected settings, and the prayer time that seems incorrect.
Make sure location access is enabled, move away from magnetic interference, and recalibrate your device if needed. If the issue continues, include your city, device model, and what the compass is showing.
Check that notifications are enabled for RUKN in your device settings and that the reminder is enabled inside the app. Focus modes, battery settings, and notification schedules may also affect reminders.
Send the exact section, title, reference, verse, Hadith, dua, or date involved, and explain what appears incorrect. Include a screenshot only if it helps locate the issue.
